At Daily All Day, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. RETURNS

Eligibility: You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided they
are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

How to start a return: Email care@dailyallday.com with your order number and
the reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid
return label.

Non-returnable: Opened or partially used products, and any product returned
more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the
wrong item, email care@dailyallday.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
We'll replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you — no return required.

Missing items: If anything is missing from your order, please notify us within
24 hours of receiving your package.

2. REFUNDS

Processing: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned
product, usually within 3 business days of arrival at our facility.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10
business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your
bank or card issuer.

Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the
return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

3. CANCELLATIONS

Before shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by
emailing care@dailyallday.com.

After shipping: Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may return the
unopened product under the 30-day policy above.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can skip, pause, modify or cancel a subscription at any time from your
account or by emailing care@dailyallday.com. Changes must be made before your
next billing date to apply to that order.
